In completing Jan’s Career Ownership Coaching program, I am beyond pleased with the results. Jan’s process helped me find business ownership doing something that I absolutely love. Jan was my coach, guiding me through the process of identifying and evaluating business opportunities that were a good fit for me. I could not have done it without him. He took great care to get to know me. He used tools to help us both identify and clarify my personality and interests, but also made the effort to get to know me personally. This was very much appreciated as, in my case, those tools are useful but don’t tell the whole story. We worked through the specific criteria and costs constraints I had as well as personal preferences. He took the overwhelming number of options and narrowed it down to a few that were a potential fit. I liked that each opportunity was a fit for me, but each was also significantly different from the others. This enabled me to not only identify aspects of each business that I liked, but also to identify some characteristics that I realized were less appealing for me. One additional thing I really appreciated was his attentiveness to my personal situation. While we were going through this process, I was also looking for more traditional job opportunities as the first priority was to be able to provide for my family.
